Lunch on the town

Everything is getting so Christmas-y in Coco

This guy showed up at our house last night!
Today we had school again in the morning at our public school. Even though we still have the spots, the doctor told us we weren't contagious and as long as we weren't embarrassed about them, we could still go to school. The teacher who speaks English taught us some words in Spanish. She explained all the words for the money Costa Ricans use - colonies. Also in school we played volleyball. I wasn't too good at getting the ball over the net but when it was my turn to serve I sent it so fast to the other side and we would always get a point! After school we went out for lunch with Ray. I got French toast and this humongous smoothie in a cup the size of a Piston Cup. Mom, Ray and I walked home and looked in all the little stores on the way back while Tobin and Dad drove home. When we got back to our place we did more school but at least it was only math today! Mom taught us. Then we went down to the pool and there was a new kitten! It's a boy and it's name's Tobi, like Tobin! That night for dinner we had another BBQ with Sandra, Ray, Marilyn and Mary Beth. Sandra got us this big Tico type cookie. To me it tasted like the end of a pie crust with sugar on it! Afterwards we went to bed.
