Meeting up with the Hancocks

My parents made our driver stop here to get some vino de coyol

The Virgin Guadalupe

Auntie Aimee and I at the festival headquarters

A big trough of maiz drink (it's alcoholic...who knew?!?!?)
Today we had to leave El Verde Misterioso:(. I was so sad to leave Zoey. She's one of the best dogs I've ever met. I was even crying because I didn't want to leave her. Also I did not want to leave Sandra. Sandra's one of the funnest grandmas I know! But we still had to leave:(. Our driver Edwin came to pick us up to meet my Auntie Aimee and Uncle Jeff and cousin Lenox at the cafe. We waited there for a while but they didn't show up! They texted Dad saying their car rental place was charging them way more money than they expected so we ended up taking them in our van! On our way to Nosara there was this mini festival in one of the towns and they had a free traditional drink made out of corn so we tried them. Little did we know it had alcohol in it! Which we found out after we drank it! The little town, Nicoya, is having the big festival tomorrow to celebrate the Virgin Guadalupe. We even saw a mini-parade in town. Our driver picked us up some pizza for dinner which was the best pizza I've had in Costa Rica. We arrived at our house, La Casa Que Canta, when it was pitch black. It's so nice! They even have a little pool which we went swimming in that night when it was pouring rain. After a long day we went to bed.
